Advocacy
-WIN-Belize Secretariat and its member agencies together advocate for changes to policies affecting women in the areas of economic stability,education and health.
Networking
-WIN-Belize is committed to increase collaboration among organizations promoting the development of women and their families. Therefore, it facilitates the sharing of knowledge, skills and resources among these groups both nationally and internationally.
Training
-An assessment of training needs of member agencies has been conducted in order for the Secretariat to create the necessary linkages with relevant training institutions/facilitators to strengthen their capacity.
