Components of the Programme The BFLA, established in 1985, is a member of the Caribbean Family Planning Affiliation and the International Planned Parenthood Federation. It operates on the philosophy that every child has the right to life, love and health; and that every family has a sacred responsibility to nurture that life, love and health. Currently the organization offers services in the following key areas: -Adolescent Life Skills and Sexual Health Programs -AIDS Education -Community Outreach -Breast Exam -Colposcopy -Family Planning -Individual and Group Counseling -Medical Care -Pap Smears -Pregnancy Test -STI Diagnosis and Treatment -Youth Advocacy Movement (YAM)
